We are flexible - not only in regard to our services, but also our fees.

If we work on a contingency fee basis, we assume all risk and bear all costs upfront. In this case, we sign remuneration agreements with the heirs determined in accordance with the applicable law. At no time do the heirs make advance payments. Only upon final disbursement of the estate shares do we collect our fee. No costs or fees are charged to the probate courts and/or the estate administrators as a result of our collaboration.
We become active on a fee basis when supporting estate administrators or notary publics with individual services. These are remunerated on an hourly basis or at a fixed rate, depending on the scope of work – always transparent, always in arrangement.
